Perhaps a confab with organizers can find a way around this dilemma, since at least one Canadian has bought chances on winning the cookbook. (I never dreamed this would be a problem when the Cleveland-born chef offered up some of his fine charcuterie to accompany Michael Ruhlman's cookbook.) Sorry to be a pain—hope it all works out for all parties. Michael Ruhlman was excited to be able to partner his book with this meat, and we're just hoping it can work. Thanks, Kat and everyone else.
